Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124 is a municipal district in north-central Alberta, Canada.
It is located in Census Division 17, around Slave Lake, the municipal seat. The district takes its name from Lesser Slave River.

In 2001, the municipal district had a population of 2,825 in 1,275 dwellings, a 4% increase from 1996. On a surface of 10,062.73 km² it had a density of 0.3 inhabitants/km².[3]
In 2006, Lesser Slave River No.124 had a population of 2,820 living in 1,216 dwellings, a 0.0% increase from 2001. The municipal district has a land area of 10,075.88 km² (3,890.3 sq mi) and a population density of 0.3/km² (0.8/sq mi).[2]
