mundwerk is the first LP by The Glue released in 2001.
mundwerk features various a cappella pieces; African work songs ("Shosholoza Stimela") or modern pop arrangements ("California Dreamin'") as well as own compositions. The song "Shosholoza Stimela" is an arrangement of an African work song which has been performed by the Basel Boys Choir where The Glue's roots are. There are also some Swiss folk songs like "Dorma bain" or "Les feuilles mortes".
