Munditia owengaensis is a minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Cyclostrematidae.

This species is endemic to New Zealand, found at the Chatham Islands.

This species is found at depths of about 18 m.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is very small, like Munditia manawatawhia but with much weaker spiral threads, the whole series confined to the peripheral area.
The shell height is up to 0.6 mm, and the width is up to 1.1 mm.
