Munditia echinata is a minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Cyclostrematidae.

This species is endemic to New Zealand, found at the Three Kings Islands.

This species is found at depths of about 475 m.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is very small, solid, boldly sculptured with three spiral rows of long spines, otherwise the surface is smooth.
Shell coloration is white.
The shell height is up to 0.6 mm, and the width is up to 1.4 mm.
