How is opera a multimedia artform in a 'very loose sense'? It is absolutely a form of multi media art. Any artform today must be understood in terms of multimedia narative.--Newepoch 05:36, 2 June 2007 (UTC)

In a very loose sense because the art of opera singularly requires musical training, whereas opera is only incidentally an option in fine art.--91.110.36.140 (talk) 05:30, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
