This is definitely a solid Start-Class. What is there is brilliant: clear prose, great referencing, fair use rationales, etc. I noted that you said you're done with the article, but if you ever want to come back to it then you need only expand the article in the normal way (Development, Technology, Story(?), Lead section, Screenshots etc) continue with this level of consistency.
