Multiven is a world wide IP Network Service provider that specializes in network maintenance, network optimization, and network operations to help businesses utilize and manage their multi-vendor networks while achieving their business goals. The company provides vendor-neutral services to small and medium businesses, large enterprises, government agencies, managed network service providers, and network equipment manufacturers. Multiven does not partner with any of the equipment manufacturers and does not engage in any reseller activity of network hardware.

The origin of the company can be attributed to engineers who, while employed by large network hardware providers, realized a need for improved support and maintenance for multi-vendor networks. The company was formed as an objective, vendor-neutral organization that would build trustworthy relationships and provide unbiased services to a wide variety of organizations.
