Multiple APIC Description Table

The MADT (Multiple APIC Description Table) is one of the tables described in the ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface). The latest specifications can be found here.
Different APIC models exist. This table is used to identify the model and provide the starting point (pointers to other tables/structures) that implements it.
