Muleshoe National Wildlife Refuge

Muleshoe National Wildlife Refuge is the oldest National Wildlife Refuge in the state of Texas, founded in 1935. It is located about 20 miles south of Muleshoe, the seat of Bailey County. It is some fifteen miles north of Morton on State Highway 214.
