I specifically listed the alternative name "Muirdale [Tuberculosis] Hospital" in this way, to indicate that the facility was sometimes called just 'Muirdale Hospital' and sometimes 'Muirdale Tuberculosis Hospital'; this was not a failure to add a second pair of square brackets.
