Mugdha Godse is an Indian model and the Miss India 2004.

Mugdha, born July 26, is from Pune and did her B.Com. from Symbiosis College (Pune University).
In 2002, she won the Gladrags Mega Model Contest and the Miss Body Beautiful contest. At the Ponds Femina Miss India Contest, 2004, she won the Miss Perfect 10.
She has to her credit the Airtel commercial where she shared screen space with Shah Rukh Khan and the Close-Up commercial among the many she has done so far. She has spent over five years in the modelling field, doing press ads, music videos, commercials and walking the runway at national and international shows.
Mugdha has signed a film named FASHION, in one of the leads directed by MADHUR BHANDARKAR, her co starts are PRIYANKA CHOPRA, KANGANA RANAUT, ARBAAZ KHAN, SAMEER SONY and ARJAN BAJWAA etc.. she had taken acting classes from Anupam Kher's academy..
