Mughda Chapekar, born March 24, 1987 is an Indian television actress, who gained popularity due to her role in the series Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan on Star Plus.

She started her career in acting at the age of 5.She is graduated in English Literature from Ruparel College.

She also acted in serials like Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi, Kya Mujse Dosti Karoge. She has also worked in films as a child star.[1]

She is currently Working On Sagar Arts New Series Dharam Veer As Shera With her Previous Co-star Rajat Tokas.

Her initial dressing up in Dharamveer was severely critisized as being un-womanish and somewhat revealing. The role she got in the serial in NDTV Imagine did not fire so the production has responded to the low trps (that the soap has been getting) by changing her get-up. The Indian ausiences had liked her bubblyness as a naughty Princess in PRC in Star Plus; and an overnight makeover to play a contract killer was not taken in good taste by her fans especially the male ones. Furthermore, the dipping trps of the serial has made it sure that she is no longer as famous as she was in a Star Plus as a Yogya Jodi winner
