Coordinates: Mudkhed is a city and a municipal council in Nanded district in the Indian state of Maharashtra.

Mudkhed in 2007 is the junction of three railway lines. A Broad gauge line goes to Parbhani, a Metre gauge line to be converted under the Unigauge project goes to Nagpur, and another metre gauge also subject to Unigauge goes to Secunderabad.
