Mudawad is small village in Shindkheda tehsil of Dhule district in Maharashtra, India. It is situated on the banks of Tapti and Panzara rivers. The temple of Kapileshwar on the banks of Tapti and Panzara was constructed in the 1600's by Ahilyabai Holakar of Indore.
