Coordinates: 26°05′N 83°17′E / 26.09, 83.29 Mubarakpur is a city and a municipal board in Azamgarh district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is located at a distance of 13 km north-east of the district headquarters in Azamgarh.

It was settled, in the name of Raja Mubarak, a Sufi of Manikpur Karaa, by a sheikh landholder. The place is famous for the manufacture of Benarasi saris, which are also very popular and exported to the World.
