Mubarak al-Duri or Mubarak Douri is alleged to have been a WMD procurement agent for the terrorist Usama bin Ladin during the 1990's.[1][2] He is reported to have lived in Tucson, Arizona and in Richmond, a suburb of Vancouver, British Columbia, probably in the late 1990's. The two reports in the references both say that he is Iraqi. His current location is unknown.
