The MTV Europe Music Awards 2003 were presented in Edinburgh, Scotland by singer Christina Aguilera. The event took place at the Ocean Terminal, shopping centre in Edinburgh's Leith area. These were the 10th time the MTV Europe Music Awards have been presented.
