Per WP:NFCC#10 each non-free image must have a non-free fair use rationale for every single use. --Iamunknown 12:07, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for the statement, "Claimed fair use in MTV,MTV Australia,MTV Europe,MTV Brasil,MTV UK & Ireland,MTV Generation,MTV India,MTV Italy,MTV Latin America,MTV Ukraine,, as no free substitute can be created. This is an image widely distributed by the company, so it does not limit the company's right to sell its product, and is correctly used to represent the company in all instances"; unfortunately that is not a fair use rationale. See Image:Campbells Soup Cans MOMA reduced 80%.jpg for a fair use rationale; if this is going to be a model, it will need to be changed a since the example is a seminal work of modern art and this is a logo. They are, however, both irreplaceable. Additionally, however, a separate rationale will be needed for each use. --Iamunknown 04:05, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
