MTR Gaming Group Inc. NASDAQ: MNTG is a hospitality company based in Chester, West Virginia. The company holds, mostly through several subsidiaries, hotels, casinos and sports facilities. The company continues to actively look for additional opportunities to acquire in related areas.

On March 11, 2005 acquired Binion's Gambling Hall and Hotel from Harrah's Entertainment.
In January of 2008, the The Ramada Inn and Speedway Casino in North Las Vegas, Nevada was sold to Ganaste. MTR will continue to operate the casino while Ganaste works to acquire a license to operate the casino.[1]
