[edit] Scope of Colorado's anti-discrimination law
I realize this is late, but I only noticed this change now. In Romer v. Evans you revised the text saying that Colorado's law, passed this year, against sexual orientation or gender identity discrimination applied "only for public/government positions." Do you have a reference for this? I was sure that it applied to private businesses as well. See this link for an example. If I'm wrong, I'll have to go back and change some maps I've created. Thanks in advance.

- Thanks for replying, just wanted to make sure my maps/animations were faithful to the facts - you can see them at Image:US LGBT civil rights November 2007.svg and Image:US LGBT civil rights animation.gif. Cheers!
