Mt. Zion Full Gospel Cathedral is an Convergence church. The Cathedral is located 404 Kings Highway, Fredericksburg, Va 22405. The Current Chief Pastor is Archbishop William E. Brown The Senior Pastor is Bishop Mary E. Adams.

Mt. Zion is currently the Mother Church for the Fellowship of Independent and Global Churches & Ministries, Inc.
- The Church started in 1997 in Stafford, VA. Pastor Brown and Mt. Zion were at that time a part of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship. In 1999 the church separated from the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship and Joined the Lord's Churches and Ministries Int'l. Were Pastor Brown was consecrated to Bishop and served as 3rd Presiding Bishop. in the Summer of 2003 Mt. Zion removed it self from the Lord's Church's and Bishop Brown began a Fellowship of his own, The Fellowship of Independent and Global Churches & Ministries, Inc. where the church is currently affiliated and serves (as stated above) as the International Headquarters Church and Mother Church

Mt. Zion is located in Southern Stafford a county in the state of Virginia. It is part of the East Southcentral Archdiocese of ICHCOC and is the Mother Church of the Archdiocese of Fredericksburg
