[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:SuffolkLogo.gif

Thanks for uploading Image:SuffolkLogo.gif. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me or ask for help at Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags. Thank you. -- Carnildo 06:17, 9 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Help!!

{{helpme}} I just made a semi-big edit to (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civil_Air_Patrol). I tried adding some redirects to the top obviously, but they don't work. I know why, but I don't know how to fix them or what to write. Also I tried moving (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USCAP) to its full name because Civil Air Patrol just recently became the United States Civil Air Patrol (USCAP), thus a disambiguation page needs to be created. Help, I believe I dug myself into a hole. Msh25 07:35, 27 Decembder 2007 (UTC)

Hi, for the first semi big edit, another user thought that it was irrelevant information, so they removed it. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Civil_Air_Patrol&action=history shows your edit and their edit after yours. You second problem, for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USCAP is not a problem at all I think. You have created a redirect from that page to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._Climate_Action_Partnership. If you look at http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=USCAP&redirect=no this shows the redirect.
However, if you would still like to create a disambiguation page look at Wikipedia:Disambiguation
I hope this helps!
