[edit] Rationale for use in New antisemitism
Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It is of a lower resolution than the original.
- It has been widely discussed and has become iconic.
- It is being used for informational purposes in an article as an arguable example of its subject matter.
- There is no free-license equivalent.
- Our use of the image does not affect its value.
