In the County Court of Webster County, Nebraska.
Your petitioner Ernst Wagner a son of
Henry Wagner late of said county deceased, respectfully states, that the said Henry Wagner departed his life on the 2nd day of May 1898, that he was immediately preceeding his death a resident of Webster County Nebraska. Your petitioner therefore shows that no last will and testament of said deceased has been discovered, nor is your petitioner aware of any such instrument, and your petitioner believes that said Henry Wagner died intestate, leaving no widow, but six children to wit:
Henry Wagner age 34 residing at Halstead, Kas. Ernst Wagner age 30 residing at Franklin, Nebr. Augusta Mohrman age 23 residing at Holbrook, Nebr. Lena Wagner age 18 residing at Blue Hill, Nebr. Anna Wagner age 15 residing at Holbrook, Nebr. Bertha Wagner age 12 residing at Holbrook, Nebr.
Sophie Wagner wife of Michael Goll, deceased, leaving a Grand child Robert Goll age 5 years residing with his father at Blue Hill Nebr. Wherefore petitioner prays that letters of administration be granted to Mike Goll son in law of deceased residing at Blue Hill in said county and state, upon the goods and chattels, rights and credits of said Henry Wagner deceased.

I also have a few pictures here I would have to dig out, one is with Alan Ladd, Jack Benney, a great aunt of mine I think, and Betty Hutton. Another with just Betty Jean and her sister I think.
