Ms. Adventure is a reality television series hosted by Rachel Reenstra. The series premiered on the U.S. cable network Animal Planet on January 19, 2007.

• Rachel Reenstra's audition video reveals that the "Ms. Adventure" series was originally intended for the Travel Channel, not Animal Planet. Rachel Reenstra is also the first female host of a show on Animal Planet.
