[edit] Summary

This is folio 73v out of MS. Hatton 30 which is owned by the Bodleian Library in Oxford. The manuscript is dated c. 940-947 according to the catalogue entry. In addition, following comment regarding this folio is provided by the Bodleian Library: Inscription on last page of commentaries on the Apocalypse: "Dunstan the abbot gave orders for the writing of this book". This points to Dunstan who was abbot of Glastonbury Abbey in 940-957. This is possibly the oldest suriving manuscript of this abbey. The other candidate is Auct. F.4.32, also now located at the Bodleian Library.

This image has been taken from [1] and somewhat cropped to get rid of the dark background and the number 48 which is displayed in the lower left corner.

This is a faithful photographic reproduction of an original two-dimensional work of art. The original image comprising the work of art itself is in the public domain for the following reason:
Public domain This image (or other media file) is in the public domain because its copyright has expired.

This applies to the United States, Canada, the European Union and those countries with a copyright term of life of the author plus 70 years.

Note that a few countries have copyright terms longer than 70 years: Mexico has 100 years, Colombia has 80 years, and Guatemala and Samoa have 75 years. This image may not be in the public domain in these countries, which moreover do not implement the rule of the shorter term. Côte d'Ivoire has a general copyright term of 99 years and Honduras has 75 years, but they do implement that rule of the shorter term.
