[edit] Speedy deletion of Image:Dar1.PNG

A tag has been placed on Image:Dar1.PNG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I8 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is available as a bit-for-bit identical copy on the Wikimedia Commons under the same name, or all references to the image on Wikipedia have been updated to point to the title used at Commons.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. GtstrickyTalk or C 17:19, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Darragh Hurley

Please dont create non-notable pages such as this in future; any comments or questions you can reach me on my talk page.

No, simply because of the lack of notability. if you google "darragh hurley" you have his bebo page and the wikipedia article coming up as 2 of the 3 first links. The language used is also not very encyclopedic; "In January 2008, he began learning the Saxaphone. He's not very good though. " isnt really needed content.
thanks for replying so promptly, and also for instituting the changes i advised. While at one point you could have googled Wayne Rooney and not found anything of note, this would be because at that point Rooney wasnt noteable. notability or not is based on their PRESENT situation, not if they could become famous in future. I also note one of the external links is a youtube one; i dont think this is really appropriate either, its not like its "2 girls one cup". sorry if i sound a bit pretentious, its honestly not my intention! and thanks again for being so helpful.
