[edit] which one?
So, here is the thing.
[edit] Part 1
The following is "Mrs. Doubtfire 2" discription:
future film Mrs. Doubtfire 2 is a planned sequel to the 1993 smash hit, Mrs. Doubtfire. Originally, this movie was to be filmed in early 2006, and released during Christmas of 2006. Bonnie Hunt wrote the script, and it involved Mrs. Doubtfire (again to be played by Robin Williams) following his daughter to college to keep an eye on her. The script was however "scrapped" and the movie was either cancelled or postponed indefinitely. However, the International Movie Data base (IMDB) has since updated this movie to "If all goes to plan, this movie is to begin shooting in early 2007. ==External links== Imdb article comedy-film-stub This information is false.
[edit] Part 2
The following is "Mrs Doubtfire 2" discription:
Mrs. Doubtfire 2 Mrs Doubtfire 2 is a sequel to the 1993 box office hit Mrs. Doubtfire. Its currently being re-written by Bonnie Hunt (Cheaper by the Dozen, Cars). Robin Williams is set to return in a disguise as an old nurse like in the first movie. It's due out within the next couple of years. The project is stalled at this time because the script has to be re-written. Apart from this, not much about the movie is known at this time. It is expected to hit the big screen in 2007. It is also been held up in August because Williams had to check himself into rehab for alcoholism, before this Williams had been sober for 20 years. ==External links== * Mrs Doubtfire 2 at the IMDB comedy-film-stub
[edit] Part 3
can anybody combine, validate, etc anything?
- It's in development hell[1], so I don't think we should have an article about it. [[WP:NOT|Wikipedia is not a crystal ball]. Merge with Mrs. Doubtfire, Williams, & Hunt articles. --Dhartung | Talk 03:42, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
- I second this motion - whereas it might be fun to see Williams in a reprise appearance as Euphegenia Doubtfire, it is very unlikely to fructify. Add "Mrs. Doubtfire 2" as a quip in the Mrs. Doubtfire article itself until such time as the production of this movie is officially announced. --TheTriumvir 21:02, 8 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Too late for a sequel
Sally field who played the mother is now 60 years old, surely they have left things too long for a sequel. Why are the company doing a sequel?
