[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Stewiegivesup.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Stewiegivesup.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 03:03, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Rabbitromeo.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Rabbitromeo.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. [edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Agruesometwosome.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Agruesometwosome.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 19:15, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Bugs's First Appearance
MrJanitor1, I notice you've been making changes recently in the infobox for the Bugs Bunny article concerning Bugsy's debut. Bugs Bunny did not make his first appearance in Porky's Hare Hunt; he debuted in A Wild Hare, which is considered his first appearance by most animation scholars and by several of the key people behind his creation. See my talk page to read a few discussions over this very topic. Thanks, and happy editing! — Cinemaniac (talk • contribs) 23:25, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] The Goofy Gophers
Kudos to you for creating The Goofy Gophers film article. I went ahead and cleaned it up a bit for you, but it's still a stub in need of expansion. — Cinemaniac (talk • contribs) 20:37, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Keep Up the Good Work!
The Missing Barnstar | ||
I had a feeling a Barnstar for you was long overdue, so I thought I'd be the one to present one to you. I'd like to particularly give you props for your contributions to various animation-related articles, including creating articles that some of us other cartoon buffs didn't even think of starting. Keep on keepin' on! — Cinemaniac (talk • contribs) 04:04, 26 January 2008 (UTC) |
[edit] Charlie Dog
Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Charlie Dog, without explaining the reason for the removal in the edit summary. Unexplained removal of content does not appear constructive, and your edit has been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox for test edits. And if you wish to merge an article with another existing article, it is considered standard Wiki-ettiquete to gain consensus first before performing such an edit. Thank you. — Cinemaniac (talk • contribs) 22:07, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Association football
I have reverted your page move of Association football to Association football/Soccer. This was against a what amounts to a two year discussion on the talk page. The relevant archives can be found at Talk:Association football/Archive 15 and Talk:Association football/Archive 16 and the current talkpage. This needs a requested move opened if you want to move the page. If you have any questions, then please post them to my talkpage. Regards. Woody (talk) 16:29, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Eliot Spitzer
Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions, including your edits to Eliot Spitzer. However, please be aware of Wikipedia's policy that biographical information about living persons must not be libelous. Any controversial statements about a living person added to an article, or any other Wikipedia page, must include proper sources. Thank you. If you feel that the edit I reverted should not have been reverted, please contact me. --Chris (talk) 22:06, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
