Welcome to my talk page. As I am new to wikipedia all comments and suggestions are welcome.

[edit] Edit

Regarding this edit that you asked me about. Your judgement has already told you that it doesn't seem right. Wikipedia is built on the tenants of notability, verifiability and encyclopaedic value. To me it sounds like someone is just recommending their favourite pub, and it doesn't sound notable. For more on notability requirements see WP:Notable. But yes you're right, it's not notable and not encyclopaedic, you should probably remove it and say as much.

Oh one thing, you should try and use edit summaries. The box above where you click save is where you enter text to explain your edit. This text will appear on the history page against the edit and it allows other users to more easily judge the merits and the point of any edits. It is just informational but its use if heavily encouraged. Ben W Bell talk 23:40, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
