	Mrauk U is part of WikiProject Myanmar (Burma), a project to improve all Burma related articles on Wikipedia. The WikiProject is also a part of the Counteracting systemic bias group on Wikipedia aiming to provide a wider and more detailed coverage on countries and areas of the encyclopedia which are notably less developed than the rest. Using Google Earth, I found Mrauk U to be near 20°35'45.90"N, 93°11'38.58"E. - cgilbert^{(talk|contribs)} 21:30, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

Also, although Google Earth did not find a place called "Mrauk U", it does have a city nearby called "Myohaung", which I found to be another name for Mrauk U. - cgilbert^{(talk|contribs)} 21:36, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Rohinga

The Rohinga is in no way related with Mrauk U and of no concern to Mrauk U. I agree if it was under Rakhine state or the Arakanese. But this is too much. Ask the Arakanese. Stop linking every single article that contains Myanmar or Burma with politics. They don't make sense. Uthantofburma (talk) 14:05, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
