Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Do you plan on ever contributing constructively to the encyclopedia, or are you trying to waste editors' time with this flood of questions? NawlinWiki (talk) 20:12, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

  • Because it doesn't look like you want to contribute to this encyclopedia. Rather, you are asking a flood of mostly-inane questions. NawlinWiki (talk) 20:15, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
    • And I'm warning you that if you restore the removed questions, you'll be blocked for disruption. See here. NawlinWiki (talk) 20:26, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

Blocked

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for trolling, sockpuppetry, disruption, gross incivility to others (a deleted edit), per: [1].. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

--barneca (talk) 21:09, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "I've aparently been blocked for trying to argue my case on Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents. It would appear that if I had simply said nothing, it all would have blown over, but the fact that I was unwilling to take an unfair decision lying down has cost me my editing privileges. I would like to reaffirm that throughout I remained civil and clam, and I have NEVER caused any deliberate disruption. Your entire argument seems to have been that I asked too many questions in a short period of time. As Someguy1221 points out, "his questions all seem reasonable". Granted, I may have over stepped the mark with the quantity of questions, and for that I apologize. I would have been happy to reduce the frequency of questions to, say, three a day if you asked. But instead you instigated a witch hunt. Well, congratulations. You have successfully harassed me from this web site."

Decline reason: "This is really a moot point since the page has been protected, but I should add that Someguy's opinion was decidedly in the minority, as two others provided evidence to the contrary. The sockpuppetry is just the icing on the cake. — Daniel Case (talk) 21:27, 12 May 2008 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

Info for reviewing admin

  • ANI thread didn't parse right in block notice: it is at: [2].
  • Per that thread, User:Stolen thoughts is a sockpuppet of this user. See their deleted contribs: [3].

I've also protected this page; their last edit was clearly trolling, and clearly indicates someone who is not a new user. If a reviewing admin actually finds something legit in the unblock request, feel free to unprotect without consulting me. --barneca (talk) 21:22, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
