Mr Duke is a Welsh Bi-lingual Language Anti-Folk singer The former Elysium Field singer, went solo in the winter of 2003, a long journey of personal abuse inspired by listening to Jack Kerouac's "On the road" whilst under the influence, meant Duke took off and travelled the roads of Britain, trying to figure out where everyone went wrong, has resulted in his first two solo albums. The First "I can't find my keys!" was released by Earth Monkey Productions in May 2007 - and is available for free download from here - http://www.earthmp.com The Second was a joint release between Duke and Earth Monkey and was released in December 2007 - and is also available from the Earth Monkey Website, as well as Independent record shops across Wales. Mr Duke (born 01/04/1983) (as Gwynfor Dafydd Edwards) now lives in Pontypridd, originally from Llwyngwril. Duke play with many different musicians, know as the "Hoodlum Circus" which mainly features Argentine Bossa Nova/Jazz drummer Cristian DiMarco. Duke also founded the Anti-Folk Wales nights @ Clwb Y Bont, Pontypridd, and is helping the scene to flourish by booking some of Britain's best antifolkers.
