I have suspended your Huggle access pending a satisfactory answer to this discussion. If you are not a sockpuppet, please feel free to explain exactly why a new user has installed Huggle as their third edit, immediately after another user with a similar name is banned from using it. I have not blocked you for the moment to allow you to participate in this discussion.
