Mr. Mystery

Mr. Mystery is a mystery-fiction series written by Jim Aitchison under the pseudonym of James Lee (also the author of the Mr. Midnight series). Unlike Mr. Midnight, it has a fixed group of main characters. The series is published by Angsana Books. Nine "episodes" of the series have been published, and new "episodes" are planned for release every two to four months, together with Mr. Midnight books.

The story is about 6 friends who own a detective company behind Alvin's mum's shop. They have always been eager to solve a case. So now they can solve many cases in this brand new series.

The characters are Alvin, a.k.a "the smart one". He thinks deeply but sometimes his actions land his friends into trouble. Rafferty Lim a.k.a "Rafe", who does not like to take buses. Mars, Rafe's so called girlfriend, who likes to spend hours dressing and shopping with him. Wei Ling, who likes Alvin, Sinchita Sathish and Azizul. Azizul has a girlfriend called Farisha, but she's not an investigator. Sinchita Sathish can draw very well, and she does not have a boyfriend, as she believes that relationships do not last, just like what happened to her father and mother.
