Mr. Chill and The Witnesses is a Canadian blues^{[citation needed]} band. The band consists of Kelly "Mr. Chill" Hoppe (lead vocals, harmonica, saxophone, rythem guitar), Greg Cox (guitar, mandolin, banjo, vocals), Luke Pelotte (drums), and Josh Zalev (bass, vocals). Hoppe, who had previously been a member of Big Sugar, formed Mr. Chill and The Witnesses after Big Sugar's demise in 2004.
