Given your usage of User:UBX/SaintCliff on your user page, I thought you might be interested in knowing that I added him to a Wikimedia vote on the Wikipedia mascot! Staxringold 19:28, 8 March 2006 (UTC) mpbx 22:48, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 2007 America's Cup
The results of the Louis Vuitton Cup should be in the Louis Vuitton Cup article. Do you agree? Boatman 07:54, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
The new Louis Vuitton Cup 2007 article looks good. Thanks for considering my suggestion. Boatman 10:48, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Chelsea's new kit
Well, commenting on a kit which hasn't even been released yet is what I would call speculative, especially when by accompanied by phrases such as "appears to have...". As for being a news service, updates on every change to the club's kit, such as press releases and 'teasers' are not necessary, imo. Regards. SteveO 08:10, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] LA Galaxy
1. "as far as i'm concerned" isn't a good enough reason. The LA Galaxy, at least for the next 2 days still have, on their official site, the gold and green kit as their official kit. It will remain so until the new kit is OFFICIALLY unveiled by the team on the 13th. 2. Beckham is NOT listed on the official team site as wearing #23. Until it is listed on the site, and we see him on the 13th holding up a jersey with a number on it, anything else is original research.
If you don't want an edit war, then don't change anything from what is official at this time to something that COULD take place in two days time. It won't kill you to wait until official announcements are made from the team. I don't care what "shopadidas" shows on their website, the NFL.com website had Reggie Bush #5 jerseys on sale the day he was drafted...now he wears #25. When it's posted on the LA Galaxy website, then it's official. Wikipedia is not a crystal ball.
