Some of these links state the original title, while other state the English title. They should be made consistent. I will do this in a few days unless I hear some great objection. --Selket Talk 17:41, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
- The objection would be that the links currently all go direct to the appropriate WP articles rather than via a redirect. The operas which are better-known by their English titles have articles with English titles - see the Opera Project page and WP:UE. --GuillaumeTell 17:43, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
- I agree that the infobox names should go direct to the articles, rather than via a re-direct. If we want to change the policy on when to use an English title that really needs to be considered in a throrough-going way on the Opera Project discussion pages. - Kleinzach 00:14, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
- As far as I can see, Selket's proposal would affect two titles: The Marriage of Figaro and The Magic Flute. The titles for the articles of these works have been carefully considered for some time. Changing them in the the infobox seems to run counter to those deliberations. Michael Bednarek 01:52, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
