[edit] USFSA test levels

I've removed this entire section from the article as being problematic for two reasons. The first problem is that it reflects an excessively US-centric point of view. Furthermore, the deleted material with the list of elements on each test level is likely only of interest to US participant skaters, and such people would be far better off consulting a USFSA rulebook (all USFSA skaters get one as part of their membership) than Wikipedia. In addition to doubts about whether such detailed rulebook material is considered encyclopedic in the first place, the USFSA does change the elements from time to time and anything on Wikipedia is guaranteed to be less accurate than the official source of information and cannot become a substitute for the rulebook; so why should we even try?
