Why are photographs still being requested on 11 September, 2007, when I have been adding photos (which I have taken of Mount Nebo) since 22 August, 2007? Figaro 13:11, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

Because the person who added the request, over a year ago, hasn't been by since to remove it. You can remove them yourself, once a photo has been added.Iorek 12:15, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
The request for photos was renewed on 11 September, 2007 - the day when I wrote my query. Figaro 06:59, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
That was a modification of the template by a bot, which didn't renew the request, just changed the template wording. It would be cool if we could have bots that removed the tag once an image has been added, though. Iorek 02:47, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
