Mouzaki (Greek: Μουζάκι), older forms: Mouzakio and Mouzakion is a town and a municipality in the northwestern part of the Karditsa Prefecture, Greece. Population 10,148 (2001). It is one of the most populated municipalities in the prefecture. Mouzaki is located 50 km from Anthiro, 75 km northeast frokm Vragkiana, 34 km from Petrilo and 28 km west of Karditsa. It is also located 20 km from Trikala and 180 km east of Arta. Mouzaki is linked with the GR-30 (Arta - Karditsa).

Mouzaki is situated by the Pamisos river in which it empties into the Pineios. All of its buildings are newly built. Its residents are based in agriculture.

The village saw a great decline in population between 1981 and 1991 by emigration and the aging population, the population growth was restored between the census of 1991 and 2001.
