Mouvement national des Québécoises et des Québécois

Founded in 1947, the Mouvement national des Québécoises et des Québécois (MNQ) is an organization which groups 19 Sociétés nationales des Québécois and Saint-Jean-Baptiste Societies in as many regions of Quebec, Canada. Its stated mission is to "promote and defend the French language, the sovereignty of Quebec, and national pride".

Since 1984, the MNQ is responsible for the coordination of the festivities of the Quebec National Holiday on June 24.
