Mousehole Association Football Club are a Cornish football team based in Mousehole, near Newlyn, and are playing in the South West Peninsula League Division One West league, while their reserve team plays in Falmouth & Helston League Division One.

Mousehole AFC joined the Cornwall Combination in 1960[1], and have played in it ever since; achieving their best position in the 2085-86 2006-07 seasons, finishing 2nd. This position, along with their facilities, meant that they begin the 2007-08 season in the newly formed South West Peninsula League Division One West league, the highest tier at which they have played.
