The Mountainville Grange Hall is located on NY 32 just south of that hamlet, part of the Town of Cornwall in Orange County, New York, USA. It is today known as the Cornwall Masonic Temple and used by two local Masonic groups for their meetings and gatherings.
It was built sometime in the early 20th century, prior to 1924, when the Masons, who have been a presence in Cornwall since the Revolution, bought the building from the Grange to host their meetings. While they made some renovations, such as improving its kitchen and meeting spaces, they generally preserved the original character of the building.[1] In 1996 this effort was recognized when the National Park Service added the building to the National Register of Historic Places.
