Mountains is the eighth studio album released by American country music band Lonestar. Their final album for BNA Records, it produced two singles for the band on the Hot Country Songs charts: "Mountains" at #10 and "Nothing to Prove" at #51.

"Careful Where You Kiss Me" was also recorded by Andy Griggs on his 2005 album This I Gotta See.
