Mount Tolchin

Mount Tolchin () is a mountain, 1,730 m, standing 5 miles southwest of Houk Spur at the southwest extremity of Mackin Table in southern Patuxent Range, Pensacola Mountains. It was mapped by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and USN air photos, 1956-66, and named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Lt. Sidney Tolchin (MC) USN, officer in charge of the South Pole Station in the winter of 1959.
