Mount Tabor High School is a high school located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and is part of the WS/FC School System. As of May 22, 2005, Mount Tabor had a student population of about 1,800 9th through 12th grade students, and is a North Carolina 4A school. Mount Tabor was previously part of the Metro 4-A Conference, but is currently a member of the Central Piedmont Conference. Mount Tabor is ranked as #185 out of the top United States high schools.

Mount Tabor High School hosts many athletic programs, a full list of which includes Football, baseball, lacrosse, basketball, soccer, cheerleading, softball,cross country, swimming, field hockey, tennis, volleyball, golf, wrestling, and track. Its sports teams have won several state championships. Students can participate in any sport, but may have to "try-out" for larger teams. Recently the football team made a run in the state playoffs to the championship game. Mount Tabor was also Central Piedmont Conference champions in every fall sport during the 2007 season.
