Mount Sumagaya

Mount Sumagaya is located south of the Philippines. It stands at a height of about 7,260 feet high.

On February 2, 1998, Cebu Pacific Flight 387, enroute from Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila to Lumbia Airport in Cagayan de Oro City, crashed on the slopes of the mountain, killing all 104 people on board. The crash was the deadliest Philippine aviation accident at that time.
