Mount Lebanon Shaker Society, also known as New Lebanon Shaker Society, was a communal settlement of Shakers in New Lebanon. Its main building became a National Historic Landmark in 1965.[1],[3]
Although the first Shakers settlement in the U.S. was the Watervliet Shaker Historic District, Mount Lebanon became the principal settlement, and was the first to have a building used exclusively for religious purposes.
It is located on US 20 in New Lebanon, New York.
