Though this image is subject to copyright I (Thief12 13:58, 1 October 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way;
copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album on another medium;
the image helps to demonstrate the description of the album in its article Mourning Widows (album).
